• Don’t relish the thought of actually ever having to kill someone.
• Don’t get a kick out of advertising on bumper stickers and t-shirts and shit that they can kill.
• Generally don’t regard lethality as something to take pride in.
• Have other major interests, political concerns, hobbies and sources of pride that don’t revolve around the ability to kill.
• Don’t feel superior to people who do not want to own guns.
• Agree that there’s such a thing as owning too many guns.
• Agree that there is such a thing as owning too powerful a gun.
• Agree that America has too much gun violence.
• Realize that while there’s no easy answer to gun violence, “more guns in more spaces” is not a solution, does not make any sense and shouldn’t even be on the table as a suggestion.
• Generally understands that killer weaponry isn’t just another cool hobby or fandom but literally deathly serious and just sometimes an ugly necessity.
